Lauren McNairn, is a Kelowna local with a seasoned heart, for children and family services holding over 7 years of experience ranging from daycares, working as a travel nanny to lending her voice to children's television. 

Lauren found her calling at a young age through her summer camp servant leadership program, where she led many cabin groups and programs of all ages,  size and diverse abilities in her teens. - Alongside her time serving at camp she’s held spots on some of the regions top Dance & All-Star Cheerleading teams, receiving bronze and silver levels of distinction at not only National but International competitions. She stays involved in the performance athletics community by staying an active member of the Canadian NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program.) Lauren is currently a dance instructor in the City of Kelowna’s early years recreation branch.

In recent years her professional development has had a home service based focus providing personalized support in childminding, household management, and specialized education services. - Providing and connecting over 80 families in the Okanagan with affordable Nannies, Tutors, Babysitters, Mothers Helpers and other supports. 

Her work in children's television & media can be viewed through the Knowledge:Kids series Run,Jump,Play recognized at the Yorkton Film Festival for best Childrens/Youth Production. 

Lauren hopes to continue to foster safe and flourishing communities through her leadership at Posie’s Club.
